Owner's Representative

As your Owner's Representative, the Center for Public Safety works collaboratively with your public safety organization through every step of the facility development process. We partner with you to define project scope and create detailed event schedules that align with your organization's needs. Working together, we help develop and customize RFQs for architectural and engineering teams, creating evaluation criteria for both written submittals and interviews that reflect your priorities. Our team supports your selection process by assisting with submission reviews and interview coordination, ensuring each firm is evaluated fairly and consistently. We help develop interview questions that address your specific concerns and work with you to evaluate team presentations, providing guidance for informed decision-making. Throughout the contract phase, we assist in preparing documentation for both A&E teams and general contractors, supporting you during negotiations with selected firms. Our role is to stand beside you through the entire bidding phase and contractor selection process, providing expertise and support while ensuring your organization's vision remains at the forefront of the project.
