Tom Weber brings over 40 years of hands-on corrections experience to his role as Executive Director of Just US Service Group. Having worked directly with county sheriffs nationwide, Tom specializes in practical solutions for jail operations, staffing analysis, and population management that maximize efficiency while reducing costs. His technical assistance helps sheriff's offices develop evidence-based policies that address immediate operational challenges, from managing overcrowding to implementing effective inmate programming. Tom's jail assessments identify actionable improvements to enhance staff safety, streamline operations, and reduce liability concerns. As a former Justice System Administrator who oversaw jail operations, he understands the pressures sheriffs face and provides realistic alternatives to incarceration that maintain public safety while effectively managing limited jail resources. His expertise in facility transitions and correctional staffing has helped numerous sheriff's offices successfully navigate facility expansions and operational changes.

Monroe County, Wisconsin 1997 – 2004
Justice System Administrator responsible for design, implementation and management of community corrections and justice system programs. Supervised jail population management, alternative sentencing strategies, and collaborated with county sheriff and court officers to enhance public safety and operational efficiency.

Wisconsin Department of Corrections 1984 – 1997
Probation and Parole Agent supervising offenders in Western Wisconsin. Served as pilot program team member developing policies and supervision strategies for High-Risk Sex Offenders. Worked closely with courts, law enforcement, and community agencies to implement effective offender management strategies.

Minnesota Department of Corrections 1984 – 1986
